Prestige Care Connect is founded and led by Olayinka Ogunnusi, a Registered Nurse and the service’s CQC Registered Manager. She brings clinical leadership, accountability and professional oversight to every part of the care we provide.
With a background in frontline nursing and leadership, Olayinka set up the service to close a gap she saw again and again: families needing safe, regulated care at home, but unsure who was truly accountable for it.
She believes good care is not about rushing tasks — it is about doing the right things, properly and consistently.
