Where someone is eligible for NHS Continuing Healthcare, the NHS may fund their care. We are happy to discuss whether we can support the package and to work with the NHS team arranging it. Eligibility is decided by the NHS.
Our visiting care is provided in visits of at least one hour, so there is time to support people properly rather than rushing.
Yes. We offer waking nights, where a carer stays awake to provide active support, and sleep-in nights, where a carer is present overnight for reassurance with minimal intervention.

Yes. Our hospital discharge and reablement support helps people settle safely at home and rebuild confidence and independence. If possible, contact us before the discharge date so support is ready when the person gets home.
