Yes. We are CQC-registered, and care is overseen by a Registered Nurse and Registered Manager. Every package includes nurse-led assessment and oversight, clear care planning and risk controls, and CQC-governed documentation and accountability.
Yes. Care happens in your relative’s own home, so there are no visiting hours — families set the terms. We keep you informed, escalate calmly when needs change, and remain accountable to you throughout.
Yes. Respite care gives family carers time to rest, with safe continuity of care maintained throughout. We also provide time-limited reablement support after illness or a hospital stay, focused on helping people regain independence.
Yes. Assessment and oversight are nurse-led. Our founder is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of healthcare experience and also serves as Registered Manager, so clinical judgement sits behind every care plan.
Our emergency care pathway provides fast-start support when care cannot wait. Carers escalate promptly when something changes, and care plans are reviewed and adapted as needs change — never left fixed while risks rise.
Yes. Home care sits alongside your existing GP, pharmacy and community teams rather than replacing them. We liaise with GPs and pharmacies over medication, and can accompany you to GP or hospital appointments.
Yes. We provide condition-led dementia and Alzheimer’s care built on structured routines, familiar carers, and calm reassurance — protecting safety, dignity and emotional wellbeing at home.
Carers trained to Care Certificate standard support safe administration, with accurate record-keeping on MAR charts, GP and pharmacy liaison, and safe storage and reordering.
Many people have several conditions at once, or symptoms that change. Our Care Tailored to Individual Needs pathway provides nurse-led, risk-aware support for needs that don’t fit neatly into one label.
