Nurse-Led • Regulated • Transparent
Families often worry:
At Prestige Care Connect, quality and safety are not assumptions —
they are actively managed, documented, and reviewed.
We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for the delivery of personal care.
This means:
Regulation protects clients, families, and staff.
Before any carer works independently, we ensure:
This reduces safeguarding risk and protects vulnerable adults.
Carers receive:
Training is supported by nurse-led oversight, not left to chance.
Medication support is governed carefully:
Medication errors are prevented through structure — not assumption.
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility, led by management.
We actively monitor:
Concerns are escalated early — not after harm occurs.
Care is not “set and forget”.
We ensure:
Quality is maintained through oversight, not hope.
Families choose us because:
This is the difference between informal support and professional care.

Our vision is to provide home care that families can trust — care that is professionally led, carefully governed, and deeply respectful of the individual.
We want every person we support to:
And we want families to feel confident that:
Prestige Care Connect is led by a Registered Nurse and Registered Manager, bringing clinical understanding, governance, and accountability into everyday care delivery.
This means:
We don’t just provide carers —
we provide clinical oversight, structure, and reassurance.
Prestige Care Connect is nurse-led, with over 20 years of healthcare expertise behind our team. We specialise in dementia support, hospital-to-home reablement, and personalised wellbeing packages — offering transparency through real-time family updates.

We build care plans together with clients and families. Each plan includes health needs, routines, hobbies, and cultural preferences. Plans are reviewed regularly to adapt as needs change.
We currently serve Dartford and surrounding areas (DA1, DA2, DA4), with plans to expand further across Kent.
It starts with a free consultation. We’ll listen to your needs, create a personalised plan, and match you with the right carer. Care can often start within 24–48 hours.
